Friday Afternoon: Internal Work: Structure thru Relaxation
Learn to relieve your body of excess tension stopping your movement through understanding how to access deep relaxation in your structure under pressure.

Session 1 – Internal Work: Power thru Relaxation
Builds on the awareness of relaxation from day 1 to connect your structure with the body’s natural power.

Time: 10am-11:30am Divine Liturgy
Bill and his wife Christina will attend Divine Liturgy and you are welcome to join them for service and for the Church Potluck/coffee hour that follows (at Holy Trinity). It’s not necessary for you to bring a dish to the potluck to attend.

– Our address is 4 Locust Grove Rd, Weaverville, NC. Our driveway is actually on Old Mars Hill Highway. You’ll turn in beside the sign for Sovereignty Lab/The Knee Pain Guru
– Parking will be along the sides of our driveway (we have space for 3-4 vehicles
– DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY… It’s a pull through driveway
– Overflow parking will be DIRECTLY ACROSS the street at Blue Ridge Biker Church (turn RIGHT out of the driveway and it’ll be on the LEFT)
